Who I am
Hey! I’m Khai, born and raised here in Tucson! I’ve been messing with computers since I was big enough to reach a keyboard. I’ve always found myself fascinated by the workings and functions of computers from both the hardware and software side.
A lot of my experience comes from freelancing and working at local owned PC shops such as the former MyGadgetGear at UofA Campus, as well as Geeks2You, where I fixed computers in-home and for businesses around town.
I also have a history of working in hospitality: Local resorts such as Loews Ventana Canyon and Westin La Paloma. This is where I learned a lot about listening to and understanding clients’ needs and doing everything I can to fulfill them! A mentality I’ve carried with me into the tech repair world.
Who’s the cat?
The cat in the logo I made is my own cat, Raiden! He always comes up in conversation when I’m working with clients and always leaves an impression on people so I thought why not make him the mascot?
